At present, in the production of crushers, there are some problems in removing dust, mainly including:
1. The filter area of the bag filter is too small, and the actual amount of air is insufficient. It is difficult to form a micro-negative pressure in the dust-removing cover and the crusher cavity of the crusher's discharge port, resulting in large dust in the post environment.
2. When the humidity of the crushed material is large (after rain or after the material is drenched), the dust particles entering the dust collector are thicker than the broken dry material, the bag type dust remover is easy to paste the bag, and the feeder is easy to block, resulting in bag dust removal. The ventilation resistance of the device is greatly increased, the ventilation capacity is reduced, and the dust is severe.
3. The dust enters the pipeline of the dust collector, and the elbow at the inlet pipe increases the resistance of the system, and the elbow portion is easily worn and blocked by dust. The dust collected by the screw conveyor and the compartment wheel conveyor type dust collector increases the power consumption and increases the mechanical maintenance workload; it is often necessary to disassemble the grid wheel feeder, and over time, the feeder flange leaks. Increase the leakage of the ash bucket.
4. During the falling process of the material on the belt conveyor, the air enters the sealed dust hood together with the material, and the dust-containing gas diffuses outside the cover through the gaps and holes in the cover wall, polluting the environment. In addition, due to the improper setting of the dust removal point at the corner of the belt conveyor, the dust remover has almost no effect on the dust of the lower belt conveyor.
5. In order to reduce the dust caused by the air leakage of the crusher casing, in actual production, when the material is dry, water is often sprayed at the inlet of the crusher, which results in the blockage of the filter bag and the feeder of the bag filter. Since the bag filter is intermittently cleaned, when the precipitator is working normally, the air leakage of the separation wheel is also a problem that cannot be ignored.
For those problems, there are some technical improvements that need to be made:
1. Update the bag filter separately from the bag filter at the corner of the crusher and belt conveyor. According to the characteristics of dust, water and oil repellent filter materials are used. The bag type dust collector is arranged in the open air, and the casing is insulated and waterproofed. To ensure reliable operation of the equipment

Improve the process layout of the bag filter, arrange the dust collector of the crusher according to the direction of the belt conveyor; transform the standard ash bucket of the bag filter into a double ash bucket structure, thus canceling one screw conveyor, Raising the bag type dust collector is beneficial to the arrangement of the air inlet pipe (the angle of the air duct is large); the air inlet box is arranged at the air inlet port, so that the dust of the crusher discharge port directly enters the air inlet box of the dust collector, thereby saving the elbow. Reduced system resistance and improved dust collection efficiency. The ash bucket lock wind adopts a single-layer flap valve, which eliminates the grid wheel feeder and its motor, reduces secondary dust and improves dust removal effect.
3. The dust at the corner of the belt conveyor is restricted by the site conditions. The chute and the dust cover cannot be changed. The dust removal process is arranged in such a way that the dust cover is in a state of micro-negative pressure to eliminate the dust of the belt conveyor.
4. According to the service life of the filter material and the pulse valve, it is necessary to take into account the dust in the ash. In order to improve the comprehensive dust removal effect of the crusher and the belt conveyor, when crushing dry materials, Appropriate watering at the inlet of the crusher material (required to be carried out 10 to 20 minutes after the crusher is opened).
5. Strengthen the management of dust removal equipment, regularly check the airtight cover, and find problems in a timely manner. Implement target management assessment on the dust emission of the post environment and bag filter, regularly conduct dust monitoring, use economic leverage to mobilize the work enthusiasm of the post personnel, improve the maintenance level of the dust removal equipment, and minimize dust pollution.
