For ordinary materials, water can rust it. Therefore, the maintenance of the filter cage surface is the most important.
Secondly, the size of the filter cage processing assurance. The guarantee of filter cage size includes the filter cage verticality and straightness. It is not hard to imagine that a skewed filter cage will likely result in insufficient length of the filter bag, unusual contact between the filter bag and the filter cage. For a circular filter cage, the uniformity of the perimeter is also very important. Because the filter cage is made of its own weight to ensure its verticality, so the size of the guarantee and testing is not easy. In order to guarantee this, the cooperation between filter cage cap and flower plate should be controlled. The flat plank and filter cage end cap will help ensure the filter cage verticality and stability.
Finally, the guarantee of the distance between the bones of the filter cage is a concern for many users. In particular, the lower flexural strength of glass fiber materials will receive the direct impact of the parameter. A large number of applications show that the best distance is less than 25 mm.
