First,wrong installation.
1.Chaotic of installation process
During the installation of the filter bags, the filter cages and filter bags were stacked and mixed up. Filter cage is deformed because of disorderly stacking and unreasonable operation. Deformed filter cage will directly affect the normal use and life of filter bag.
2.Wrong installation of filter bag
Collision, because the filter bag in the continuous filtration, ash removal process is not static, the bottom of the filter bag and the bottom of the collision will cause wear and tear of the filter bag.
Generally, the filter bag is not vertical celling plate. If the deflection is too large, it will cause long-term friction between the filter bags or between the filter bags and the wall panels. Over time, the filter bags will be worn out. It is common that the friction between the filter bag and the wallboard beam causes the destruction of the filter bag, which is mainly caused by the insufficient distance between the filter bag and the wallboard.
To avoid this abrasion, the distance between the filter bag and the filter bag should not be less than 1/2 of the filter bag diameter, and the distance between the filter bag and the wallboard (beam) should be 1-2 times of the filter bag diameter.
3.Relaxation of filter bag
The filter bag of back-blown cloth bag filter should be tightened after installation. The tightening force at the top of each filter bag is 150-350N. At the same time, the filter bag should be tightened once after 3-6 months of use to ensure normal operation.
Second,rough workmanship
1.Rough processing of filter cage.
Rough processing of the bag cage will rust, ribs have welding scars, burrs and so on, which will accelerate the mechanical wear of the filter bag, resulting in filter bag perforation, leakage and failure. Therefore, we need to choose a well made filter cage.
2.Deformation of celling plate
The celling plate of baghouse is seriously deformed, which can not meet the requirement of 2/1000 flatness, and even has the phenomenon of flexure and unevenness. Filter cage is directly installed on the ceiling. The deformation of the ceiling directly affects the stability of the filter cage relative to the ceiling. The verticality of the filter cage can not be guaranteed. This will directly cause direct collision between the bottom of the filter bag and cause damage to the bottom of the filter bag.
At the same time, because of the deformation of the celling plate, there is a deviation in the matching of the filter bag orifice and the celling plate hole. Firstly, it is difficult to install the filter bag. Because the filter bag hole can not be smoothly loaded into the celling plate hole, the elastic ring in the filter bag hole is damaged and the installation and sealing of the filter bag hole can not be guaranteed. Will directly lead to leakage of dust from the bag mouth, resulting in leakage and filter bag damage.
3.Deviation of celling plate hole
The aperture of the celling plate hole is larger than the allowable deviation (0~+1). When the celling plate hole has a deviation of 2-3 mm, the filter bag can not be installed in place. If the negative tolerance of the celling plate hole , the filter bag will be knocked at the opening of the filter bag during installation, and the filter bag will be damaged directly.
Third,unreasonable of design
1.Too fast rises of air velocity
The excessive velocity of dust laden airflow in the dust collector box is an important reason for the lower part of the filter bag.
2.High resistance of filter bag
Friction between the bag and the cage often occurs with the filtration-ash cleaning process, and is not serious under normal resistance. If the selected parameters are not correct, the dust removal of bag filter is poor, and the resistance is too large, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the filter bag increases, which makes the filter cloth bear the filter pressure rapidly, resulting in the friction between the filter bag and the filter cage increases, and the physical wear of the filter bag accelerates. Because the friction between two objects is directly proportional to the magnitude of external force.
3.Scouring of airflow
The breakage of the filter bag mouth is caused by the ash blowing and scouring.
Fourth,unstable working condition.
1.Unstable temperature
The high temperature will seriously affect the service life of the filter material and make the filter material premature damage. In addition to the temperature effect, the spark in the flue gas also burns the filter bag.
The most effective precaution is to install a spark trap to remove the spark from the flue gas before it enters the bag filter.
2.Hydrolysis reaction
Hydrolysis reaction refers to the reaction of chemicals and water to decompose and form new compounds. At present, the main filter bags used in baghouse are chemical fiber filter media, of which the common polyester filter media, polypropylene filter and Normex filter media sites are the most prone to hydrolysis.
For polyesters, the most common cause of damage is due to hydrolysis of water vapor or elevated water temperature, especially in alkaline environments.
3.Oxidation reaction
Oxidation is the loss of electrons in a molecule (or ion) of a substance, which increases the number of oxides in the element. In chemical fiber filter media, polypropylene and polyphenylene sulfide are easy to be oxidized.
4.Acid-base reaction
Acid-base reaction refers to the chemical reaction that occurs when the filter material meets acid and alkali. All kinds of chemical filters have a certain degree of tolerance to acids and bases. But beyond a certain limit, its strength decreases and life expectancy is shortened. The influence of acid, alkali and organic solvents in the flue gas on the life of the filter bag can not be ignored.
Summary
It is very important to analyze the reasons for the poor efficiency of bag filter and take precautions against these reasons for the stable operation of bag filter, reducing operating costs and ensuring discharge standards.
