What is the whole process of the Zeolite Rotor and RTO system operation

The "zeolite rotor + RTO" process is one of the most profitable VOC treatment processes, especially in the spraying and packaging printing industries.

Compared to direct RTO incineration in the fine chemical and new material industries, the "zeolite rotor + RTO" process is very secure in compliance and safety due to the specificity of the industry it is used in. Although the "zeolite rotor + RTO" process for spraying, packaging, and printing industries has entered the red sea, there is no denying that the engineering application of this process is a significant contribution to the VOCs market.

Today we will briefly introduce the process in detail, please refer to the following picture:

①: Exhaust VOCs waste gas enters the zeolite rotor from the exhaust duct for VOCs adsorption.

②: The gas adsorbed by the zeolite rotor becomes the net gas and part of the net gas enters the stack.

③: Part of the net gas exiting the zeolite rotor enters the heat exchanger to absorb heat, and this part of the gas is called desorbed air.

④: The desorbed air after heat absorption and warming enters the zeolite rotor again for desorption of VOCs.

⑤: The desorbed air carries a higher concentration of VOCs into the RTO, where it is first preheated and warmed up by the heat accumulator, and then enters the furnace chamber for oxidation and decomposition.

⑥: Part of the high-temperature flue gas after combustion flows through the heat accumulator and exothermic, becomes low-temperature flue gas, and then enters the chimney.

⑦: Part of the high-temperature flue gas enters the heat exchanger and is exothermic to heat the desorption air.

⑧: The exothermic low-temperature flue gas enters the chimney.

⑨: All the purified gas entering the chimney is discharged at a high altitude.
