The working environment of the dust bag directly determines the material requirements of the bag, most of the dust in the mine belongs to wet dust, SINOBAGHOUSE relevant technical personnel recommend the use of matching wet and oil-resistant bags, with hydrophobic and oleophobic agent dip rolling, and then through the preliminary drying, drying process to form water and oil resistant performance of dust collector bags. The hydrophobic and oleophobic agents are quickly dried and coated on the surface of the filter material fibers in a mesh, reducing the surface tension between water and oil and the filter bag, so that the wet filter media formed by water, oil, and dust will not adhere to the surface of the filter bag, thus avoiding the phenomenon of gluing the bag.
The gas humidity of dust is better, it is recommended to use oil-proof dust removal bags.
Normally, the temperature is 40-60°C if the acidity of the dust-containing gas is small; if the acidity is high, the temperature may be as high as 120°C.
The production process of waterproof polyester dust collection bags is: open fiber - carding - mesh laying - pre-felting - main felting - felt making - burnishing - calendering - impregnation with PTFE - drying - shaping - winding - winding.
Filter bags treated with waterproof and oil-proof filter cloth are used in applications with high water content. Compared with ordinary filter bags, the service life of the bags is extended, the ash cleaning cycle is prolonged and the gas flow is increased, which saves a lot of energy and maintenance costs.

The filter fabric of the oil-proof bag is calendered and impregnated with PTFE and is used in applications with high humidity and temperature. The filter material is less likely to clog the glued bag, extending the service life of the dust bag, increasing the gas flow, and saving maintenance costs considerably. The dust bag is the heart of the dust collector, the choice of the filter bag is very important and directly affects the dust removal efficiency and quality of the dust collector.
The filter bag should be selected from the following aspects: temperature, humidity, and chemistry of the gas; particle size; dust concentration; filter air speed; dust removal method, and other factors.
Water and oil-repellent polyester needle-punched felt dust collector bags should be selected from excellent materials in terms of strength, heat resistance, chemical resistance, hydrolysis and thermal deformation resistance, condensation resistance, etc.

Weight per unit area of filter media: 550 g/m2;
Thickness: above 2.2 mm.
Air permeability: 190 l/dm2. min.
Fracture strength: warp & gt > 900N; weft & gt > 1200N.
Elongation (@50N/5cm): longitudinal ≤ 3%
Elongation (@ 50N/5cm): ≤ 3% transverse
Heat shrinkage (@ 260°C, 90 minutes): ≤ 1.5% (shrinkage ≤ 1‰ under continuous working conditions at 120°C) Post-treatment: heat setting, burnishing, PTFE film infiltration treatment
Structural design and sewing requirements of the water and oil-repellent polyester needle-punched felt dust bag for mines.
The upper opening of the filter bag: with stainless steel spring expansion ring and sealing ring; should be smooth and burr-free, and make the filter bag fit closely with the hole of the flower plate; waterproof and oil-proof
Top and bottom of the filter bag: reinforced anti-friction section not less than 140 mm long with two rows of double needle lockstitching (stitching lines staggered 180 degrees from the bag body stitching lines).
Seam requirements: longitudinal seams are firm, straight, and no less than three; the circular seam at the mouth of the filter bag should be firm, with no less than two on each side. The circular seam at the bottom of the filter bag can be a single line, but it should be sewn more than twice. Interlocked edges of the filter bag, flat and wrinkle-free.
Sewing material: PTFE sewing thread.
Sewing quality: Stitch spacing and stitch width should be in accordance with GB12625-90, chapters 8 and 9, and with the following requirements:
(a) The number of stitches within 10 cm of the filter bag shall be no less than 20 - 30 stitches.
(b) A stitch width of 10-20 mm for filter bags, with a lower limit for thin filter media and an upper limit for thick filter media.
(c) No continuous skipping of stitches, no skipping of stitches through 1 stitch, 1 thread, or 1 place in 1 m of stitching.
(d) No floating threads.
(e) The film-coated water-repellent and oil-repellent polyester needle-punched felt dust collection bag is not allowed to fall continuously, and not in one place within 1m.
