Introduction of Flexible Suction Arms

Flexible suction arms are suitable for the collection of welding smoke, exhaust gas, dust, oil mist, fumes and other waste gases from various industries such as machinery, food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, electronics, and automobiles.

The suction arm can be suspended at any position in three-dimensional space and placed at the front end of the engineering system. It has the advantages of high flexibility, simple positioning and convenient retraction. It can be extended and retracted using the handle of the suction hood. We provide different accessories for wall, ceiling or extension bracket installation.

To improve efficiency and expand the scope of use, the movable arm can be used in combination with many accessories such as suction hoods, dampers and extension arms. If the telescopic arm is installed on the guide rail, it can cover a larger workplace.

1. The standard length of the suction arm is 2 meters or 3 meters, and it can be made into 1.5 meters, 4 meters, 5 meters, 6 meters, and 7 meters according to customer special requirements.

2. The standard diameter of the suction pipe is 150mm 160mm, and can be customized to 100mm, 175mm, 200mm

3. Lightweight and convenient, flexible rotation. Accurate positioning in all directions and angles, can be freely hovered for work.

4. Convenient for disassembly and cleaning.

5. The wall pipe is made of specially imported hose that is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, high temperature and negative pressure, with smooth pipe wall, high wind speed and long service life.

6. The suction port is equipped with a wind speed regulating valve, which can freely adjust the wind speed according to actual needs.

Different specifications of suction arms can be customized according to customer needs. Such as: external suction arm, external suction arm with column, internal suction arm, internal suction arm with column, extended suction arm, extended suction arm with column, wall-mounted suction arm, and suction arm for equipment. The pipe diameter can be customized according to customer requirements. The suction arm can be produced in different sizes and the length can be 1 to 8 meters. The movable suction arm hood can be customized in different sizes according to customer needs.
